When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location:

  • UK: £3.50 standard shipping, or free on orders over £70
  • European Union: £8.50 (calculated in your local currency at checkout)
  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs are calculated in your local currency at checkout

All applicable shipping fees are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timeframes vary by region once your order has been dispatched:

  • UK: 48-Hour Tracked delivery (2 business days)
  • EU: 3–5 business days (FedEx Tracked)
  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days (Tracked)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?

No. All international orders are shipped inclusive of duties, taxes, and import fees, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers or customs processes. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to control these delays, but our team is always happy to assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, eligible items can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact. Returns must be requested within the applicable return window for your location (for example, 14 days in the UK & EU). For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used personal care products unless they are faulty.

How do I request a return or refund?

To start a return, please complete our Contact Us form with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and confirm the correct return address before you send anything back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it can take up to 30 days from receipt of the return for the full process to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
